Hi Gurus,
I am using MS Access database for my infopath for as back end. I am successful to create a form for new record using submit button. But I cant create a form to update an existing record in the database.
My data base has lot of records, hence while updating the records I need to have a filter to select a perticular record. DB has country and code numbers. I want to create two dropdown lists, where first list should have country and 2nd list should have codes belongs to the country selected in the first list. (I successfully designed this for submit new record as country and code comes from secondary data connections). When I select a code, its record must be populated to the pane below. Now I should be able to update this record.
Can some body please help me how to confugure this kind of form? If posible with detailed instructions. Any alternative solutions also will be very muct appreciated.
