HI, I have a info-path form published to a SP 2010 library and it works great when edited internally, but when accessed from outside my network the user (with owner permissions) can fill in the form but the 'submit/save/save as' buttons grayed out. I do not see any obvious permissions settings - can anyone help please. I am able to create a submit button in share-point, but cannot get a refresh button to function if the form is updated.

Have you tried setting the security level for your form to Full Trust before publishing it? Advanced Form Options > Security & Trust > Click the radio button labeled Full Trust.

Hi Mo, Thank you for that. I tried it and still the toolbar is grayed out. I have check different permissions and all seem okay. This is frustrating !!
