InfoPath forP m vs Word Document

O.K. I have the following issue: I have a SharePoint (SP) list.  This SP list has an InfoPath (IP) form.  The form has two views, one is the edit and the other is the print form which is a form letter.  Here's my problem.  I need the print view to be sent to the HR gal when I hit the submit button on the form. Is this possible.  So, I need my SP users to only see the edit version and then when they press the submit button it not only saves the data to the SP list it sends via email the printview/form letter to the HR gal.  If there is better way to do this I am open to suggestions.  I have no clue how to publish this form to Word but I have seen it done.  Can you help?
