Redirecting user to page using Rules and Conditions on Submit button

I have a form where upon submit a text field is updated, the form is submitted, and the form closes. Using Rules and Conditions I want to tell the user the make sure they return to the email they received and complete the task. How is this done using Rules and Cconditions?

I am assuming you want this reminder message to appear the next time the form is opened?  If so, place a rule in the Open Behavior rules of Form Options, from the Tools menu.

    Maybe something like this:

    Condition:

If text field is not blank

    Action:

    Show message.

Update: if you want an email reminder to go to a person once the form is submitted, I would do this with SharePoint Designer workflow.
