List/Form-1:  List with Master Record data and a form to query it.

List/Form-2:  Change request list & form.  You enter Part Number and Repeating Table displays with related items.

I need to find a way that lets users....

1 - Add and remove lines to the repeating table without affecting the Master Record (they enter proposed changes)

2 - Save the revised Repeating table Data to List-2 so that Workflow approvers see the proposed changes.

The repeating table may be from 1 to 15 rows tall. 

Currently, each item in the repeating table has an "X" to erase the contents.  This is ok for removing relationships, but I can't....

1 - Add a row to the imported table

2 - Save the proposed changes to List-2

I read I could do the following as ways to save the repeating table.

1 - Custom workflow to submit RT to another list, but my Office 365 account isn't adding workflows?

2 - Export repeating table data from Secondary Data Connection to Excel.  How to setup the export of just the repeating table data and attach to the record?
