I have a form that is used to create
a delivery order for equipment. The form has a reoccurring table that allows
the user to add fields for larger orders. What I would like to do is to have
information from the top of page 1 copy to the top of page 2 if the form ends
up getting long enough to span an additional page. Examples would be the
generated delivery number, purchase
order number, release #, etc.
I know I can add fields to the
header, but the output is not something that be given to a client. I guess what
I want is to designate which fields (and their preceding text) I want to show
at the top of subsequent pages while the rest of the form continues onto the
second page as it usually would.
I hope that makes sense and I
appreciate any help or advice.
