Displaying multiple lists on web part

    Hi,

I have been following the video, "qRules submitting to sharepoint list command v4.2", to have my form with repeated table to upload to sharepoint as two different lists. However, the title column is displayed as no title, with a rule set to be concat( "abcd", field1, field2). With this failure, I was not able to setup related list between the two lists within a single web part.

As a trial user of qRules, I am not familiar with qRules, and my coding knowledge relating to xpath and CAML is limited. I am looking for solutions to generate a dashboard/list that can show repeated table items with attachments. I have gone through quite a few walkthroughs, however, sharing of useful links are appreciated.

Hi - I think you are saying you didn't have success with qRules in your form. Can you attach your template to a reply (under the Options tab) so I can take a look at it?

Although - I'm not sure what you mean by this:

Hi, hmmm..I did not receive any error for submission. I am able to obtain two lists from a single form, yet the title is showing as No title on the list. If you have a look at the ListTitle control, I have the default value set a concat function, I have mapped it with the title column. I am trying to make a list/dashboard that can combine the information on both lists, however, I am not sure if my parent and child relationship is declared correctly. I should have the same List Tile mapped on both lists. For the web part, I was trying to look around solutions to combine the two lists. Apparently, it does not work well.

I'm sorry I'm having so much trouble understanding.

Does your command add list items? Does it add items to both lists? Or just one list? I do see that you have the ListTitle field mapped, but the one you are mapping is here:
    /my:myFields/my:ListTitle

The one with the default value is here:
    /my:myFields/my:group1/my:group2/my:ListTitle

Since the field you have mapped has no default value, could that be what is causing your issue?

Oh..you are right. I have updated the mapping, and ListTitle is point to default value, and the problem is solved.

So now I have one form submitting items to two lists. One list is responsible for the non repeating fields, and the second list is for the repeating table.

I want to create a dashboard/list, which can combine the two lists, such that the items in the second list ( repeating table) will appear as sub items under the the first list (non repeating fields).

     Any walkthrough available?
