This is going to require code - You can add a data connection to your form to your SQL database and then change the command to run your stored proc, but since you want to export to Excel, you'll still need to be full trust. I'd suggest you start with the code to connect to your DB and execute your stored proc. Then you can copy the data to Excel, but again - you'll have to do it all programmatically.
