Hi friends ,
I'm developing an infopath form for employees expense report.
employee opens infopath form and fill there expenses and clicks on submit button.
i attached a work flow to this infopath. As soon as employee submits expense report workflow will send email to manager.
if expense report amount is more than 200$ then it will send email to director and {cc - manager}
In above scenario if amount is morethan 200$ then if managers opens infopath form then "approve" button must be desiable.
it should be visible only for directors
task : can you please tell me a infopath rule -- a rule must check a field value and if amount is >200 i need to write a function
so that i will hide approve button when managers logs in
