Not able to pull in other keys with GetMyInfo

I'd like to populate a form with the requestor info including phone, email, and title/department. I have been able to successfully get it to pull in the Display Name value, but when I drag the key field on to my form and preview to see what keys are available I only have a very short list, not all of the active directory attributes. I've only got objetcClass, cn, sn, givenName, distinguishedName, memberOf, name, sAMAccountName, userPrincipalName, objectCategory , and msDS-AuthenticatedAtDC. Nothing for phones, department, employee ID, email. Also, another thing that I've noticed is that pulling in the getallusers to populate a drop down box with all of our employees doesn't pull in the entire list, only the first 50 or so. I tried setting the limit criteria to a large number and it didn't seem to make a difference. How should I fix this?

    Hi,

Would you be able to obtain a list of Active Directory keys that have been set up, perhaps from your server admin? The web service is supposed to pull all available keys, so the result you describe is unexpected.

As far as the limit of results for GetAllUsers, could you check the web.config file on the server and check if there's a value for MaxResultItems? Just search the web.config for MaxResultItems and let's check if that's set to 50.

Let us know what you find. Thank you.

For the first question, where would that data come from? I'm the domain admin as well, but is there some where in Qdabra that I need to establish which AD attributes to query? Edit: I was able to determine where to add the max result size value, and am now getting the correct number of results populating my drop down. Still would like answers to the above question/problem. Thanks.

    Have you read the documentation?

Depends on what Active Directory keys you are using.

Typical keys are like: name, title, mail, etc.

You can drag the entire secondary data source into the view, preview, and see all of the keys. Then, just select value and click filter and add key is equal to <whatever> and there you have it.

I tried it on a new form and was able to pull in all the AD attributes I needed. Seems like it is working correctly. Thanks for your help.
