Can someone please point me in the right direction or explain how I'm supposed to publish a form that I originally created in IP '07 that I have opened in IP '13 which I'm trying to publish on SP '13. When I go through the publishing wizard the "Forms Library" radio button is grayed out which is the option that I need. Thanks, Greg

Go to File->Form Options->Compatibility and select the topmost item.

Now, publish.

I think the main problem that I'm having, that I should have put in my original post, is that when I try to 'Publish form to a SharePoint Library' and go through that wizard the Form Library option is grayed out. What change do I need to make so that option is available?

Did you start from a list?

If so, you'll need to open InfoPath Designer and copy the view over from your list form template and add a data source and rebind it to the view.
