  I have a scoresheet that when a name is queried the persons scores show in a bound textbox.  (Data is save in a SQL 2008 DB).  Because board members can score from 1-7 in 11 different categories I did not want to create that many fields in my SQL DB.  Rather, when the score returns in the textbox I want the appropriate checkbox to show checked.   So if the receive a 5 then the checkbox under 5 turns on when the quergy is run.  I have found answers here but it seems to only work if the a number is manually entered into the textbox not when it is pulled from a query.

Hmmm, may be a simple data type issue. SQL data types are not XML data types.

Can you attach you XSN so we can have a look? Go to options tab and add it.

I appreciate your reply!  Please find the xsn attached.  You can see the checkboxes that I would like to show checked with the corresponding score.
