I have two drop downs field2 & field1. I want field2 to be required if field1 is set to "approve". So I have a validation rule that says...
field2 is blank
AND field1 = "approve"
This works fine for myself. But for some reason it does not work for another user. field2 is always required for that user, no matter what field1 is selected. I am using the exact same computer with the same browser and everything, the only difference is that I am logged into SharePoint as different users.
Yes, this is a web form on SharePoint.
Any thoughts?
