I'm adding topic answers as favourites that I'm sure I'm going to need again, but my question is... How do I view my favourites? :)

And I think you misunderstood my question.  I want to know how to see my favourites.  Usually it's on your profile or dashboard or control panel or something?

I honestly don't know and it's embarrassing since I've been using the forum longer than anyone.

If you click the "Edit Profile" link in the top right corner of this site (only visible when you're logged in), that will take you to a page with several tabs immediately underneath your username.  One of those tabs says "Favorites", and if you click that you will see a section that shows all posts you have marked as favorite:
