Urgent Request: Is it possible to repeat / link a control with data inputted in a bulleted list control

     Hello,

My form will be completed when I fix this one issue, if it's possible, and if it's not, any help for an idea of how to find a work around or a different way to dseign this will do.

In my form (InfoPath 2010) that I'm designing I have three repeated bulleted list controls (because the user needs to fill-in three responses to a question and we'd like the format for the responses to be bulleted lists. for each of the three responses.  The bullets lists are duplicated elsewhere, alter in the form, and then the user needs to select a status for each of the items on the bulleted list.

So for example here's one bulleted list (as duplicated later in the form) :

    •  TEST
    • YES
    • NO

Then in a table next to this for TEST, the user must select or add  " yes, no, whatever he/she types" in three modifiable list controls (because for TEST, he/she has three statuses to update.

Since this bulleted list can vary in the number of items it has, I want the three modifiable list controls to repeat as a item is added to the bulleted list.  (I already have the latter bulleted list linked to the revious bulleted list in the form, I only need to figure out how to make a line of controls repeat with each added item in the bulleted list.

    Thanks for any help!

I'm not sure I understand quite what you are trying to do, but I think your issue here is one of data structure - a bulleted list means you have a repeating field, so you can't nest fields for statuses inside that - and from what I gather, you want to have multiple statuses per bulleted item? At any rate, here is a rather ugly sample that looks a bit like a bulleted list but instead is a repeating group with fields, and a nested repeating group for statuses - maybe it will give you some ideas? Save the linked file locally, right click and select Design. From there, you can preview.
