I will maintain buttons or link,when user will click on that,it should open that outlook new mail or compose mail window of outlook, and i want to configure 2 kinds of mail 1) in that mail body will be link to the item 2)body of mail will contain one field,which is rich text Please guide.

 I would use a SharePoint workflow to generate the two types of mails. The form has two buttons. Each button sets a field with a different value (for example, "1" for link, and "2" for rich text). The field is a promoted property which allows the workflow to see it. The workflow has two steps - each send email but with different bodies. The steps have conditions that skip the step if the field is not equal to the value corresponding to it.
