Email Active View of InfoPath form via SPD Workflow

Hi,  I have a people picker field, named Primary Contact, in an IP 2010 form.  I would like to send an email that includes an active view of the IP form to the person that is located within the Primary Contact field.  I know that I'm able to email a view of the form via rules in IP designer, but I've been unable to set the "TO:" field properly according to the person that is in the Primary Contact field.  Keep in mind, this form has already been filled out previously, and now an assoicate it going in to it and selecting a "Email" button to trigger these rules.  Unfortuntely, I haven't been able to translate the person that is in the Primary Contact field to the proper email address for that person in the TO: field, thus the reason for using a SPD workflow.  Now, the catch I've run into with the SPD workflow, is that I can select, Email to Primary Contact and the email will go out just fine when I trigger it.  However, it seems all I'm able to do is send a link to the form, as opposed to sending the form itself within the email view. Does anyone happen to know of a way I can send a view of the form within the body of the email?  The people that will be populated within the Primary Contact field at not connected to the internet often, as the travel around a lot, thus the form needs to be emailed so they can fill it out while on a plane, save it, and then email it back once they are connected again.  Any help would be appreciated!
