    I have application where i am sending servey form to my clints as a attachment .

    but sum of my clint dont window system they are using  mac os and linux. i want the solution so that they also can view and submit the survey using Infopath.

     If you want clients to use InfoPath forms on a MAC or Linux. You'll have to use browser based form. 

    Infopath isn't part of the Office for MAC installation.  Also by default many people would not have Infopath installed as part of an office installation either.

    You might be able to get Windows Office running on a MAC if you use an application like parallels.
