I'm using DBXL to submit repeating rows to a SQL table in database but I have one field in each row that needs only displayed once; a comment field to summarize the entire section or repeating table. Is there a way to suppress this filed in all rows except one, the last one, so that it appears this field appears only once in the section?
Currently I have this field in a table below the repeating table of the form so it appears to be a part of the repeating table group. This layout, on submit, causes the insert into database to be wrong in that that fields' value appears for all rows in the table, whereas I'd rather the fields value for a section only appear in a column for the corresponding section it applies to. Does that make sense?
Can this be controlled with condition in rules like: Say the sections total row count is 14. then:
Hide field1 in positions #1 through #13 of rows in section 1 if total row count in section = 14?
If something like this might work, how do I refer to a specific row (position) and field?
Does qRules offer a solution for this?
