How to link fields to a main field

Ok not sure how to exlpain this one but here goes.

    The Vision:
I want an InfoPath form that will track all of our customers' various username and passwords for our technicians.

I have created a form that will capture all of that information but here is what I would like to be able to do with the information.

    The Goal:
I would like a tech to be able to open the InfoPath form and add a new customer, edit and existing customer, or delete entire customers' password lists. I would like them to click on a button that takes them t a "view" that would give them a DropDownList of all the customers inserted thus far and I would like to select a customer adn have it populate the fields below with the various stored password informations.

    What I don't understand:
I do not understand how I should structure the database. Can I do it in just XML? Do I have to use Access or MSSQL? I would rather not. How do I structure the data so that the password fields refernece the customer or vice versa?

Hope that explains it and thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Its advisable to use a Database to store the information of the Customers, if the customer list is large. If it is stored in the XML there would be perf issues later.

Insert a Rule on the Button to Switch Views when the button is clicked.

Using rules you can populate the fields below depending on the value selected in the dropdown.
