On Submit: New form created after field value changes

Hello, I have a form built out that is browser based and associated with a SharePoint Library. On Submit - I have the FileName being formulated with the following formula. concat(Vendor, " - ", Title, " - ", DisplayName, " - ", PrimaryDSU, " - ", SecondaryDSU) My issue is that if the user fills out the form, realized that they made a mistake and needs to change the Vendor field for example, a new form is created. Is there any way to make this overwrite the existing form without creating a new form? Thanks

No, there's no way to overwrite a form if the Filename changes.

If the filename exists, the data connection overwrites.

If the filename does not exist, a new record is created.

The solution is to define the Filename as something that won't change, and promote the Vender (which could change) as a promoted property instead.
