i need your professional assistance. i have inserted a rule in my form whereby a column with a drop down box shoudl have the info within it to be automated by using rules.
basically i need the choice column known as ("status") to show the following
Step 1. It should reflect automatically as "Pending" when part 1 of the form is completed, that is when the first 2 fields "LPO Number" & "Country" are completed.
Step 2. Thereafter when the "courier", "billing number" "date goods sent" and "comments" columns are filled in (comments optional) than the same status column that i showing as "pending" should than reflect as "In Transit"
Step 3. lastly when the "Date of goods received" column is captured the status column should thereafter reflect as "Delivered".
the rules i sued is not allwoing this to happen.
