Hi everyone - I have two infopath email forms that users enter data for our production teams to log into our systems. When we complete a request, we need to post a reply to that email. I am able to add the post reply shortcut at the very top of the page for other emails, but I can't find an option for the forms. If our production team closes out the form, and is viewing the email from the main viewing pane, then the post reply option is there. Any insight is appreciated. I can post screen shots if needed.
