InfoPath Dev

Hello, I am new to InfoPath 2010.  I have designed a form that is working great so far. However, where I should be able to go to "Page Design" and "Add a new view" I don't have that option.  The only option showing is to delete the view.

Is this because of the version, an add-in?  If I open an existing form with multiple views I can see them.

Does anyone have any idea why this would happen when I try to create a new one?

If you create a new blank form, do you have the option on the Ribbon?

Any chance you accidentally removed the option when customizing the Ribbon?

If you want - attach your form under the Options tab and I'll see if it reproduces on my machine. :)
