I created a software request form with four views. Employee, Approver, Rejected and Thank You. The associated SharePoint list has a column called 'State' that has dropdown list text values as 'WA','DN' for Waiting approval and Done.
In my infopath designer
1. On form load created rule ->ShowEmployee and set the condition, if State 'is blank' then switch to Employee view
2. if State is euqal to "WA" then switch to Approver View.
Added items to the Sharepoint list and set State=WA in one and State=DN in the second.
When I click 'Add new item' I get 'Employee View' and that is correct.
But, when I click the item with WA/DN they don't show Approver/ Thank you.
The item opens in Employee view in all of them.
Any idea on what I missed or why the views aren't switching as expected?
