When you say only in attachment, Do you want to say the link to the form? maybe NAME.xml?
If is this, you can publish the Forms in a SP List or Library and develop a Workflow and send an email to user, and here you can configure this email.
Other option, You can create a bottom with rules, and create a ConexionData to Send Data to an email. This way is similar than other, but here I think you can´t save the form in a SP List o Library.
