    Hello

Does anybody know if there is an opportunity to generate a documentation automatically? What i am looking for is an overview about all definied rules and conditional formatting in my form.

I hope someone could help me.

If you are using InfoPath 2003, then you can export for form files (see File menu) and then look at the manifest.xsf file. That's where the rules are stored. Conditional formatting is another story, as this is stored in each view .xsl file, at the specific location where the condition is entered. Good luck on that!!

If you are using InfoPath 2007, there's a feature that collects and shows you all the rules. But the same holds true for conditional formatting.

I found the rules in the manifest. I hoped there is a way or tool to read out the manifest and display the rules in a clear way.

    Hello leGeneral,

As Greg mentioned above this is added as a feature in Infopath 2007.
