Hi all,

I am trying to figure out if this is possible....

I have a SharePoint list form which is set to manage multiple list items. All fields have been placed in a repeating section (which looks like default Infopath behaviour when managing multiple list items)

One of these fields (Week Commencing) the user should only need to fill in once at the top of the form. Is their anyway to set the field value for Week Commencing in the next section and subsequent sections?

I have tried rules but can't see how this could be done?

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is how I understand your question:  You want a user to fill out the fields in a repeating section and then only one field should appear on all the subsequent sections.  Try creating a new field outside the section and add a rule to the field you want to appear on all subsequent sections, set the fields value of the new field created to the value of the field you want to appear in every sections. Then add a rule to the section that sets a field's value of the field you want to appear in every section with the value of the new field created.
