hi all,

i have 6 regions (North America, South America, Asia.......) and countrys associated with it..the user should be able to choose multiple countries, i proposed cascading DD with country DD as repeating section,,,but they don want it..inistead they want region in a DD and its suppose to populate a section with name of countries with check boxes,,their are more than 200 countries i don want to be typing it all,,is their any easier way around it??

This should be possible using a dropdown followed by a multi select list box. You might find some similar examples (via Google search) if you search for cascading dropdowns. I'm attaching a sample of the same concept but instead of a dropdown followed by a dropdown I've used a dropdown followed by a multi select list box.

Please download the attached form, right click on it and select Design. Then you can Preview to see it in action,
