    Publishing Forms

After I publish to form to either a shared directory or sharepoint, I get the following error when I try to open the form:

Infopath cannot create a new, blank form. Infopath cannot open the form. To fix this problem contact your system administrator.
    (details are):

    Form template: file:///E:\Documents%20and%20Settings\Administrator\My%20Documents\InfoPathProject2.xsn
InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code.
Could not load file or assembly 'InfoPathProject2, Version=1.0.2361.42224, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Failed to grant permission to execute. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131418)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hello
This might be because of security reasons.
Whats the security set on your form?

Also in the Meanwhile try looking into this HowTo and see if this can be of some help to you.

That article is mostly for if i am using a web service, the error I am getting is other security error or something else? I used infopath toolkit for visual studio and I wrote the code in C#; the code works but not sure why I get that error above.
