InfoPath Dev

I created an 2010 Infopath list form and published it into Sharepoint 2010. When I open it I can edit all the fields; however, another person cannot view or edit the Person/Group Picker field (the rest of the fields work fine for her). The rules on this field are the same I have for the other fields, so this is not the problem. Do you know what may be causing this issue? Thanks.

Is this in the browser or in filler? I think I'd start with a new blank form and see if the user can view / edit the person / group picker - that is, I'd try to understand if it is an issue with the form or the user's machine.
