I created a Rooms Reservation Form which has Date / Time and there is also a SharePoint List of Rooms. As new items are added the calendar list stores the Room, Date / Time, and several other fields.
When a new Rooms Request is created after a Date and Time are entered a drop down list is to populate the available rooms by looking at the main calendar list. So if Meeting Room 1 is not booked at 11:00am and the user creates a new Room Request and picks 11:00am that room (Meeting Room 1) would be added to the list as available.
I created a secondary data connection to not run at startup. My Dropdown is either populating with all the rooms or none. I am doing something wrong and need some help.
I have two rules Set the query field and then query the data connection. The logic to filter the data is what I think is not working. I want to populate the drop down list of rooms not booked at that time
Any help would be appreciated,
