I have 11 fields to select as check boxes. What i need is that when i switch the view to only display the fields that the user selected. I created a rule to hide the sections that the user didnt select. The problem that i have is that for example the user doesnt select the second chech box the report displays with a blank column. I want to display next to each other. Is this possible?

For example

1 Account Number

2 Account Name

3 Branch Number

4 Branch Name

 Lets say i select 1 and 3

I need the report to display Account Number next Branch Number. Instead im getting Account Number space Branch Number. Can someone help me??

We can't conditionally hide columns in IP.... You could try using a section without any layout tables and see if you can get things to display /  align the way you want. Attach a sample form under the Options tab if you'd like someone to take a quick peek at what you are trying to do.

Hilary thank you for your answer. I try to create sections and hide them but i can only add vertically and i need them to be horizontally. I have attached my form maybe you or somenone can see what i need to acomplish.
