We have a .Net batch job that takes InfoPath 2007 forms, saves them as PDFs using the MS Save as PDF Office add-in, and then uploads the PDFs to a SharePoint folder. The SharePoint site was recently upgraded and is now on a new server, so this .Net job had to be moved to that server (SharePoint API only works from the SharePoint server, apparently). After the move, any PDF that comes out of this process now has borders around every InfoPath section control, and they are also now printing in landscape for some users. In design mode, the sections are set to have no borders and no borders show up when viewing them in InfoPath. I have now tested this on Windows 7, Vista and Server 2008 machines, and all produce the borders. But when i go back to the old Windows 2003 server where it originally lived, the PDFs come out fine.
I'm not sure if it's just a combo of the add-in and the newer operating systems or if there is some other difference I'm missing. Anyone have any ideas on what is going on or what might fix this?
thanks
