If you are asking about share point submit file name. Follow the steps specified above.
1 Double click on submit button.
2 In General tab under Action drop down select ‘submit#%92.
3 Click on “Define Action parameters”.
4 Enable submit commands and buttons radio button.
5 Click on ADD for Data connection.
6 In share point form Library field enter the site location.
7 Click on fx button adjacent to File name field, and select the field.
8 The value which you give in the above selected field will be your form name.
9 Click on Finish and click on ok for 2 times
