All,

 I can easily get the UserProfileServiceByName to fill out fields for the current used on Form Load. 

Yet how can I get the information for another person who is selected via a people picker control on the same form.  I've seen where I can use a button to reference the people picker field, yet I'm trying to avoid the button, I'd like it to happen automtically without the user having to press an update button.

Create a second GetUserProfileByName Data Connection - Give a name you'll remember.

In the Fields>MyFields view add a another field ie. LeaverEmployeeName

On this field create a new action rule - it has several parts to it.

Condition: Run when field changes.

1. Set the field value for the field you just created to the Second GetUserProfile connection as its source, expand the Fields and Highlight the AccountName.  The Value set as the Original People Picker (on your form) Account ID

2. Query your 2nd GetUserProfile Source

3. To set other fields i.e. LeaverOffice .It's just like a normal GetUserProfile Connection instead you set the source of the fields as the 2nd GetUserProfile connection, then filter as normal.
