I am creating a IP 2010 form, for email publish. While publishing, I get below error. Can you help.

Access is denied

Check the Internet Explorer settings to see which zone this site is located. From the error message, it sounds like the site is located in the Internet zone. I would recommend adding it to the Local Intranet zone.
