I am following the example from this blog post, but the dropdown values are not getting filtered as expected. It seems to be simple and straight forward, and I'm sure I'm missing one small detail. http://blog.pointbeyond.com/2011/11/20/cascading-dropdowns-in-infopath-2010/ My setup Regions List Title Column Offices List Title Column Lookup Column to Regions List - Title Column Teams List Title Column Lookup Column to Offices List - Title Column By following the example, I'm expecting the values on the Office dropdown list to be filtered by selecting different Regions, but all of the values are returned.  For the filter, you need to set the queryFields and not the dataFields.

So change your rule to set the value of /dfs:myFields/dfs:queryFields/q:SharePointListItem_RW/q:Region instead of /dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:Region
