InfoPath Dev

I have a form that is used to collect data and save it to an Access database.  This form is published to a network path (not SharePoint) that all users have rights to.  The form works great on my machine and a couple of others that I've tested it on but several other people in my department are getting various (inconsistant) errors when attempting to open or submit the form.  Some errors include "cannot submit the form"; "InfoPath cannot open a new form".

 On some of the machines, running the clearcache fixed the issue, but others not.

 Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem here.  Published to a network location, not Sharepoint.  No custom code, security set to Domain, network location is open to all users.  I publish the template and it works for some users.  I re-publish the template and it will work for different users.
