Hi!
I have two different forms, let's call them "Application" and "Review", uploaded on two different sharepoint libraries. The process is that an applicant fills out an application form, it is then given a Unique ID and submitted onto its respective sharepoint site. The URL for the application is manually sent to reviewers, who then go on the review sharepoint site and open a "Review" form; they then select the Unique ID of the application form they wish to review from a dropdown list (I used an external connection for this), then fill out the "Review" form and submit. So, if there were 5 reviewers who had reviewed 3 different applications each, there would now be 15 completed review forms on the "Reviews" sharepoint page.
OK. What I would like to achieve now is to send an e-mail notification to an admin once all the reviewers (there are a known number, either stored on a separate SharePoint list or outlook group) have completed their reviews of a certain application. Probably using workflows? I am just not very familiar with the SharePoint Designer and I can't find any workflow examples that help me..
So, can anyone help me? It would be much appreciated! If anything is unclear, please let me know and I'll do my best to clear it up.
