Hi,

 We have a requirement to store a textbox value as sharepoint list item without C# code or QRules.

 The textbox is not binded to the sharepoint .

Hi Jegan,

This is not supported in out of the box InfoPath, and that's precisely why people turn to code or qRules to achieve this.

You could add a column to the list, and then this column becomes your text box in the SharePoint list form. Of course, the list form can be customized as desired and the SharePoint view can be modified as well.

Tried hard to  follow in Infopath 2010 but with no success.
Any similar but up-to-date references?
