I am using qrules to submit multiple list items in sharepoint lists it's working fine.
I want to use sharepoint out of box save/submit option instead of the custom button on the InfoPath Form.

Hi - you should be able to set your Submit options to Submit using Rules - and put your rule that executes the command in that ruleset.
