Laying out form with Table/Repeating Sections

I am trying to create an IP form to replace an Excel form and would like some advice. Columns A, B, and C are static info (about 40 rows of labor category info that can come from a list), Columns D&E contain the current Hours and Dollars for each labor category, Columns F&G contain the proposed changes to the Hours and Dollars and Columns H&I contain the sum of D&F and E&G, respectively. Should I use a regular table or a repeating table or some other layout?

A repeating table with 9 columns sounds like the best bet to me. I'm not sure what you'll be doing but the last two columns sound like they don't necessarily need to tie to XML nodes as they could just be expressed with expression boxes.

Anyway, a repeating table sounds like the best bet.
