I have a sharepoint list which I have split into 3 views for 3 different external suppliers, (3 seperate pages with restrictive views in place) I would like to know if it is possible to create a single form which if I create a workflow or task, that it will pick up which supplier has created a new submission without the supplier having to select who they are, the aim is that neither of the suppliers know about the other.
Do you know of a workflow that can be created to attach to the form or view or if there are certain actions that need to be implemented?
