Thanks for an excellent resource. I am trying to create a reading assessment form which teachers can use to pinpoint which consonants and vowels students are having trouble with. The assessment works as follows: students are given a text to read. The same text is set as a picture in an infopath form. Each letter has a checkbox near it. As students read and make errors, the checkbox near the troublesome letter is checked.
I want to end up with the following data :
A: how many errors for each sound e.g. long a, each vowel, etc.
B: time interval from start to finish
How do I connect the checkboxes for each instance of a sound to get a single value for the number of errors?
How do I get the time interval between start and finish?
Any help would be appreciated.
