    Link infopath form fields to PDF form fields

    I have an InfoPath form and a PDF form.  Is it possible to link the fields from my InfoPath form to my PDF form?  On my PDF form the fields are the blue selectable areas that are identified with a field name similar to the fields in InfoPath.
