showing asp.net page on a view

I want to be able to show a site on a view rather than a task pane.

    is this possible?

    thanks.

I've never heard of this being done, and it doesn't seem very likely, so I would say no, this is not possible.

However, if you figure something out please let us know!

    Hi Richard,
You could use an Active X control in the view, but I've never heard of this. Why not just add a link to the view and have users click on it? What's the scenario you are trying to solve?

Re: showing asp.net page on a view

I am considering sharepoint as the central site for the navigation of my application, forms and data.
First option is to just have the user go to sharepoint and from there each form opens in infopath, so if you a bunch of forms, you keep seeing infopath open .. not nice.

Second option, is to have one central form, with a task pane point to the sharepoint site, and navigate through various views. ,with this option however one may have to enlarge the task pane window to show the full page and or not to show the form ?? I am not sure if this can be done.

next option was to consider a view for the sharepoint and brwosing, while keeping the task pane for assistance of the form.
