Hi

I'm not sure if this is even possible but does anyone know how I can set a repeating table to display data from a repeating section?

I have a repeating section with four fields, 3 drop down controls and a text box.

I want to autopopulate a repeating table at the bottom of the form with the selections the user makes, for each section that is repeated by the user.

 I would be grateful for any help!!

Hi - you might want to check out qRules. It has a command called Insert which will allow you to copy values from a repeating section to another repeating control.

Thanks Jo-Anne, this is along the line sof what I'm looking for, however there is only a trial version available - my concern is does this disable options on the form after the trial expires?

After the trial expires, it will not disable the fields in your form, but the qRules commands that you are using in your rules will no longer work.

 But I only want the values to copy if a user selects 'Yes' from a drop down box in the section - is there a way I can add a rule that will only activate copying the data if the user selects 'yes'?

Arghhh!! I cracked it!!! ... well I found  a way round the issue without coding!!!

For anyone who's interested or might want to try it - use the information from the hyperlink above but if you want to set other conditions, place one of your repeating tables that duplicates values into a repating section and disable the user from inserting rows and set a condition to hide rows that you dont want!
