    Security

I am using qRules in one of my forms. I am now having problems opening the form and am getting an error stating it was signed with an expired or revoked certificate. I just published the form and used the form options security setting to create a certificate. This has worked in the past but now its stopped working. Can you enlighten me on the certificates, why I need to use it, and how I can avoid problems and user phone calls due to being unable to open the form? Thanks, Cam

There may be scenarios where you need to use certificates along with making the form Full Trust (for example, custom code) but in the case of qRules most of the functionality will work under Domain Trust and no certificate.

I would first evaluate whether the form needs to be signed. Describe your form (or, even better, attach it when you reply, via the Options tab if possible) and we can provide our opinion.

    Thanks!

Is this a private forum as I wouldn't want to attach my form for everyone/anyone to see.

You can send it to support AT qdabra DOT com - just reference this thread when you send it.

I'm using the Print command within a Infopath only form. Can I use Full Trust without using a certificate? When I set it to Full Trust, it won't open the form without installing a certificate....
