    Merging InfoPath 2010 Templates

    Hello,

I have about 120 templates that I would like to combine into a single template with views for each merged template. Once the new form is completed I'd like to post the results into a summary page in SharePoint. What would be the way to get this accomplished?

    Cheers,

    Al

I wouldn't recommend putting 120 views into a single form template.  Navigation will be a nightmare and performance may be poor due to the large number of views.

For combining templates, there isn't simple out of box way to do this and I'm not aware of a third party tool that does this for you as well.  You can copy and paste views (ctrl+a, then copy, then paste) from one template to another.  This will preserve your layout and controls, but you will need to recreate your data source and logic.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Not the answer that I was looking for but it clearly answers my question. I tried copy and Paste and it did copy the form but as you mentioned it does not copy the data source and logic.

    Thanks again.
